Does Mail & Deploy support BI Cloud editions?

Yes, Mail & Deploy can connect to Cloud Editions of Qlik and Power BI and therefore extends the company's current enterprise-grade reporting tool integration capabilities to the cloud and hybrid environments.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can choose to upgrade your subscription instantly. If you wish to downgrade or cancel your subscription, you can do so at the end of your term.

Is there a difference between Mail & Deploy On-Premise and Mail & Deploy SaaS?

No, Mail & Deploy On-Premise and SaaS are built on a single platform. There are no major differences (except that the QlikView data connection is disabled in the SaaS version) in terms of functionality. Both versions can easily connect to Qlik Cloud.
